We welcome ya’ll to join us in a weekend full of Danish hospitality and “hygge”, a lot of great
speaks, workshops, love, unity and friendship, an outstanding gourmet dinner at the banquet
Saturday and a whole lot more <3
Down below you will find every information needed for payment, accommodation and yeah, just
everything for the weekend and your visit.

Date
The convention will take place from Friday the 19 th to Sunday the 21 st of September, 2025.
Location
The convention will take place at uKirken / Gethsemane Kirke at Dannebrogsgade 53, 1660
København.

Registration
Registration is open from 4 o’clock Friday at uKirken.
Prices
Early Bird – order before June 30 th and get a discount
Registration 200 dkr / 27 euro
Banquet 300 dkr / 40 euro
For both 500 dkr / 67 euro
Late Bird
Registration 250 dkr / 34 euro
Banquet 350 dkr / 47 euro
For both 600 dkr / 80 euro

IMPORTANT: For all transactions, be sure to type a note saying who the specific ticket/tickets
belong to (also in case that you are buying to someone else), so we know the names on all that is
coming. Also put in which type of ticket (Registration, Banquet, BOTH)

The location is down town Copenhagen so there are A LOT of good hotels nearby, type in the
address on google and ‘more shall be revealed’.

Getting there
The Convention Area is located a 10 minute walk from “Københavns Hovedbanegård” /
Copenhagen central station in the center of Copenhagen. Here there are Train and Metro
connections to alle part of the city ALSO, with metro, to Copenhagen airport, a trip that takes
around 10-15 minutes.
